Mr. KJ Balan has more than 29 years’ of experience in banking and credit. He working career covers sales and business developments, credit and underwriting and also sales transformation. Worked closely with the regulators, association and business chambers to support and develop SME. Started as an account executive and then progressed as credit officer, Senior Account Manager, Head of Business Centre, Regional Head and Head, Business Development in a local bank before being appointed as Head, SME Banking at CIMB. He graduated from University Malaya in BA Economics, Master in Management and is a Certified Credit Professional.
