Dato’ Andy Low Hann Yong is a practising advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2009. He holds a degree in the Bachelor of Laws (Honour) from the University of Malaya. He is also the founder and managing partner of the leading law firm in Malaysia, Low & Partners with offices located in Petaling Jaya, Johor, Penang and others. He and his firm are nominated as the top finalist for multiple ALB Law Awards in Malaysia & South East Asia.

Dato’ Andy’s excellence throughout his years of legal practice – brought on by his insightful leadership and striking ability to understand the commercial needs – has prompted him to be interviewed by local newspaper including the Star, the Sun and the News Straits Times, the Edge for his legal views over various subject matters. He also appears regularly in TV ntv7 and Bernama news.

Apart from legal practice, he is an active angel investor and business advisor. His investment portfolios include technology sector, education industry, property sector ranging from start-up to listed companies. His experience in business investment as well as deep understanding of the law allows him to give valuable insights and guidance to his clients & business partners.
